Cancelling

Your question bank access starts as soon as your payment goes through and lasts 6 months. Because it starts straight away, you cannot cancel it for a refund once you have paid, unless something is wrong with it.

You can cancel the course day part within 14 days of booking for a refund of £250. After that we cannot give refunds, but you can ask us to transfer your course day place to another candidate up to 7 days before the day.

I want my question bank access to start straight away. I understand that once it starts, I lose my 14-day right to cancel the question bank and get a refund. If my course day or session takes place within 14 days of booking, I want it to go ahead. I understand that I lose my right to cancel once it has taken place.
